Overview

Cyest Analytics has diverse skills which when combined create a very powerful team. Typically the team consists of engineers from all disciplines, actuaries, strategy consultants, mathematicians, financial engineering and risk specialists.

Cyest Analytics and the team drives the following ethos:

Bianca Milovanovic : Associate Director - Consulting

Since joining Cyest Corporation in November 2006, Bianca has been involved in OPEX modelling for mining capital projects. She was promotd to an Associate Director of Cyest in January 2010 and runs the consulting practice.  Bianca’s formal education comprises of a Bsc (hons) in physical science, computational physics and mathematics.

 


Dirk Kok : Senior Architect

Dirk joined the Cyest Corporation team in 2007. He holds an MCom degree in Computer Science and has extensive software architecture experience in industries such as finance, engineering, telecommunications and mining. Dirk is currently responsible for the architecture and development of applications within Cyest Analytics.

 


Gary Lane : CEO: Cyest Analytics

Gary, one of the founding directors of the company, has been with Cyest Corporation since its inception in 2000. He has a BSc (Eng) and MBA and has worked in various engineering and project management roles within Anglo American for new mining business, De Beers, Debswana and ATD before joining Cyest Corporation. Gary has headed up the Cyest Corporation mining economic modelling and optimisation sector of the business from the start.

 


George Krafft : Senior Mining Engineer

George joined the Cyest Corporation in November 2006 and now leads its mining consulting practice. He has developed a first principle costing tool for mechanised mining; a tool which is currently being used in all OPEX projects that investigate either fully mechanised or hybrid mining methods. George has 10 years of production and five years of consulting experience in the mining industry under his belt.

 


Russell Holmes : Product Manager

Russell joined the Cyest Corporation as a Business Analyst in 2004. In 2009 he moved into the position of product manager within Cyest Analytics. Russell’s focus is on solutions development for the mining industry, which has provided him the opportunity to use cutting edge analyst software tools in a variety of problem solving arenas.
