| Christel Doman : Project Manager / Business Analyst |
|
|
 Christel Doman joined the Cyest team at the end of 2006 in the role of project manager and business analyst. She obtained a BSc Computer Science degree cum laude at the PU for CHE in 2002, her majors included Computer Science, Operational Research and Psychology. In 2003 she completed a Honours Degree in the same field.
She is a qualified PRINCE 2 practitioner, which enables her to manage projects by applying the PRINCE 2 framework. In order to equip herself with the toolset, approaches and concepts of being an effective business analysts she completed a Business Analyst diploma at the Faculty Training Institute.
She is an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills, with particular experience in the Health, Mining, Investment and Home Loan Industry over the last six years. |

| Herman Sheppard : Business Portfolio Manager |
|
|
Herman has been at Cyest since January 2007 and is a Project Manager on multiple projects varying in size and industry. His projects include:
- Building an enterprise performance management solution for ABSA - Herman planned and managed delivery, client expectation and budget restraints on a complex project consisting of 12 developers and an outsourcing firm. Successful implementation of this resulted in various value-add projects within the ABSA performance system domain throughout 2008/2009.
- The development of a mine planning solution for Anglo Platinum – Herman’s role was to plan the delivery of the project and manage a development team of 8 people in order to achieve the required results within the expected time and budget while maintaining high levels of quality. He also had the mandate to build and maintain excellent client relationships which would result in project roll-overs.
- Development of a check-in system for kulula.com – Herman’s responsibilities were to ensure timely delivery, manage client expectations and guide team efforts to ensure project success.
Herman's work experience includes working as a J2EE developer on a multi-national telecom enterprise system development project. Herman has also been a Team Leader of of an enterprise development team, developing software within the financial sector.
His highest level of study is a B.Sc (Computer Science and Mathematics) 2004 |

| Ilana Lewkowicz : Business Portfolio Manager |
|
|
Ilana's role is business portfolio manager. She is responsible for multiple clients in the media and entertainment industry. Her major focus, and that of her teams, is to develop technology solutions that help businesses grow.
Ilana has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria. Prior to joining Cyest in early 2005, she worked for three years as a Consultant for Accenture. During that period, she worked for a variety of Government clients, including National Treasury, the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) and the City of Tshwane Municipality. At Accenture, she had the opportunity to work on a variety of teams, her roles included, testing coordinator, technical architect, diagnostic assessor, developer, stress test manager, architecture designer, and periodic processing team lead. |

| Sagren Pillai : BI Team Leader |
|
|
Sagren leads a BI team, focusing on implementing Microsoft based data warehousing solutions. The team has achieved a high degree of success in developing robust and effective reporting and analysis solutions across a wide range of industries. The BI capability offered encompasses all aspects of enterprise data warehouse design and development, from extracting data from all types of source systems to implementing OLAP cubes and executive dash boarding solutions.

Tseliso has been developing software for a number of years. His roles have included software developer, solutions architect, project manager, IT manager, Enterprise architect... The list is unending.
